The first ever Camp Pine Ridge was held the week of July 28th for the children and grandchildren of Pine Ridge Care and Rehabilitation. Each day the campers and elders enjoyed bible study, games, crafts, water balloons, exercise, creating their own tie dye shirts, art, and music, as well a delicious breakfast, lunch, and snacks. The children and elders enjoyed spending time with each other and getting many hugs and kisses. Laughter and excitement could be heard through out the building. Camp Pine Ridge  concluded on Friday with snow cones and inflatables.  Everyone who participated–children and elders alike–had a wonderful time that won’t soon be forgotten.
