What better way to spend a snowy afternoon than to prepare some comfort foods? The cooking class of Pine Ridge Care and Rehabilitation spent a recent afternoon preparing fried eggs, biscuits, jelly and hot chocolate with marshmallows. They had a wonderful time reminiscing about having to stay indoors for days because of a big snowfall when they were younger. Their next snowy day project will be pancakes. A great time was had by all who participated.
